Hey there, friend! While we don’t offer refunds or exchanges as all f our products are made on-demand, we do offer free replacements if your item was damaged in transit.
Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an or replacement.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase that was emailed to you, and a photo of the damage. Please make sure photos show merchandise and are in focus. You can email us at : email@example.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Replacements will be processed and shipped within 7 days of approval.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
A Note About Blu-Rays & DVDs
Please be aware that some Blu-rays and DVDs may not work in all players. Try your Blu-ray or DVD in an alternate player before contacting us.
